How ELIZE handles your data

What we collect

Your sign-in email, your workspace details, the notes you capture, the contacts you add, the files you upload to Teach ELIZE, and the drafts and tasks ELIZE creates.

Voice recordings

Recordings are sent for transcription and deleted straight away. Only the text is kept.

AI processing

Your notes and uploaded text are sent to our AI provider, Groq, to write summaries, tasks and drafts. Groq processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Who can see your data

Only members of your workspace. Each workspace is separated at the database level. RGM Intelligence staff access data only to fix a problem you report, and that access is logged.

Nothing is sent without you

ELIZE prepares drafts. You decide what to send, and you send it yourself.

Where it is stored

On secure cloud servers (Supabase and Cloudflare), which may be outside South Africa, with protections comparable to POPIA.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your workspace and everything in it. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
